Mission

The mission of the James W. Wright Leadership Development Institute (“JWWLDI”) is to provide emerging leaders with the tools required to build operational and strategic skills and competencies, as well as instill the confidence necessary to lead with authenticity in a diverse and multicultural global society.

Objectives:

• Deliver current and relevant leadership development principles and concepts to produce authentic leader and character development.
• Provide a unique, interactive, and innovative program of study customized to result in strong and culturally-adaptive leaders.
• Teach high-potential leaders to lead with purpose and create other leaders.
